Cancellation Policy Camps 2025

Full refund, minus a 10% administration fee will be given if cancellation is at least 14 days advance notice of the 1st day of your campers week of camp. Cancellation with less than 14 days notice will be given a full refund if we are able to fill the campers spot with our waiting list. Campers with last minute cancellations or illness during the week of camp will be refunded at the director's discretion and based on finding campers to fill the spots. Campers who attend ⅘ days of the camp week will not be refunded for the 5th day.
